Keeping it casual at LFW…
I was really looking forward to Day 3 of London Fashion Week, mainly because of Mary Katrantzou, Matthew Williamson and Topshop Unique shows. For SS15 Mary focused sharp and simple shapes with intricate embroidery.
I loved the maxi gowns from Matthew Williamson in azure, yellow, red and pinks, but even more so the relaxed wavy hairstyles bouncing down the catwalk. Topshop Unique embraced the young sporty vibe with bright tones against the stark white and mixed in with some slip dresses covered in Swarovski crystals.
Sunday is a causal day, even if its Fashion Week, so I went with ripped jeans, stripe J. W. Anderson jumper and some bright yellow heels.
I’ve taken a break from Day 4 but have been following the shows closely including the bright and beautiful collections from Burberry, Roksanda Ilincic, Thomas Tait and Christopher Kane.
