Spa worthy skincare at home…

Overnight Exfoliating Booster.
Hey everyone, how was the first week of January? Its been so wonderful to spend these days with my family in London but I’m glad for a break from eating out every evening! Can’t believe I’m complaining as I absolutely love food, but I’m in a real need of a detox.

Ultimate Cleanse.
All of the rich dinners and drink has had an effect on my skin making it dry and congested so I’ll be booking myself in for some TLC at the Sarah Chapman clinic in Chelsea. Sarah has been celebrities go to for naturally glowy complexion and her Skinesis range is perfect for getting salon results at home. The in clinic procedure always starts with a consultation followed by personalised treatment, which is key as everyone’s skin is different and needs its own approach for the best results.

Age repair serum and neck cream.
What I’ve learnt is that I was doing too much to my skin too soon which is damaging and when I finally need certain products i.e anti ageing, they will not work. So my skin routine has been simplified to Ultimate Cleanse balm that removes all impurities, Overnight Exfoliating Booster that I use once a week renew skin cells and Age Repair Serum every day to keep it feeling plump and finally, a Neck and Chest Complex which looks after the delicate skin in that area. The new regime has done wonders and my complexion, its softer, brighter and doesn’t require as much coverage so less blocked pores, winner!
