Just before walking down the aisle. By Pippa MacKenzie.
[dropcap]Do[/dropcap] you remember your first fragrance? Mine was a small turquoise bottle of Ralph Lauren Eau De Toilette that I used to pinch from my roommate. I was 12 years old and it smelt of sweet flowers and citrus, innocent reminder of summer.
Since then I have tried many fragrances, but only four stuck around:
- The very first Miss Dior was my wedding perfume and now I always spritz it before bed.
- My mum bought me Chanel Chance Eau Tendre on a plane back from Cyprus and the tones of grapefruit and jasmine bring back happy memories of lounging by the mediterranean.
- Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue dominated my teenage days and now I use it before the gym. The ingredients of cedar and vibrant just boost my mood!
- Finally, I am never without the Chloe Eau de Parfum as it has that powdery feminine scent that is sensual and romantic, making it extremely versatile for day and night.
