There are so many variations on the parka coat from blues, blacks, browns or greens, longer or shorter hems, with or without the fur trimmings, but with an over all aim to achieve a cool no-fashion-rules-apply-to-me vibe.

This Project Foce coat embodies everything I need in a parka jacket. It is washed out green, with a fur lining, slightly oversized shape and with an added floral print detail on the sleeves. You can go for something lighter but I think a traditional parka coat should be warm and winter resistant.

I tend to wear it with casual pieces like this sweatshirt (similar HERE), leather joggers (similar HERE) and snakeskin sneakers (similar HERE). But as this is a rebellious jacket you can give your elegant office style the edge or introduce it into your eveningwear. I think it also works really well with a chunky knit some biker boots and a leather mini skirt.

Cool, stylish and a real go-with-all, it’s the outerwear staple you need to invest in!

    • Thank you so much, its more of a slouchy look than I normally go for but its really comfy x

    • Thank you and this sweatshirt was a great find, especially as one of the next SS trends will be large and botanical floral prints xx
