Second look from MFW…
Hey lovelies and happy Thursday! It’s the start to the weekend in Dubai and tomorrow marks a year since we moved here. I personally can’t believe how quickly it has gone by and how much we have seen, done and of course the people we’ve met. I’ll be doing a separate post and a part two to what I’ve learnt from living in Dubai, but for now I want to take you back to Milan Fashion Week.
As the sun rolled through city, it was time to hit more shows and presentations and that of course meant a brand new outfit. As it may come as no surprise, this coat was borrowed from my mum as ever since we moved to the warmer shores, there has been no need for outerwear but I did miss wearing them from time to time. A classic leopard print has gradually turned into a neutral that easily goes with everything and when applied to a wardrobe staple like a trench, it results in a timeless piece. My mum bought this coat a few years ago but it still feels fresh and relevant and if you want to see more way of incorporating this print into your wardrobe click here.
I styled it with a cosy knit and orange flared trousers, a bit of colour is a good way to lift the leopard print. Finally I added Acne ankle boots and a modern tote bag, also borrowed from mum (what can I say, she has impeccable taste!)
