Why do holidays fly by so quickly? It seems like only yesterday I was getting on the plane but I had the best time seeing my family in Moscow and partying with girlfriends in London Town. Going back London after living there for 10 years was pretty emotional, you can’t image the cheshire cat grin I had in my face as soon as we touched down in cloudy Heathrow and then battled through the dense crowds to finally making it to Shoreditch House where I stayed for 3 nights. I had nostalgia over silly things like the oyster card or the buskers on the underground, but then very quickly fell into my usual routine of getting from A-B as quickly as possible and avoiding eye contact with everyone on the tube!
I’m a South London girl but staying East was the best spot for me in terms of being close to friends and central for shopping. I also always wanted to shoot along the graffiti walls Ebor street with Vicki who I really missed working with! She’s just an incredible photographer and a beautiful friend who helped me start this blog by capturing my looks in the best way possible (check out victoriaadamson.com) so for the next 3 weeks I’ll be sharing with you the outfits that we captured round E1.
This dress from Storets has been popping up all over Instagram and I’m sure it’s for the same reasons why I bought it. Colourful tick, off-shoulder tick and stripes tick! The shape flows beautifully and the fabric is light making it a great piece for the summer. The graffiti background adds a nice urban touch to this pretty maxi which I styled with the Fendi sandals (snapped up on Matches Fashion sale) and mini Dior bag.
