On a sunny day Day 4 of LFW I decided to wrap up in something warm and pretty…
Yesterday was a pink day and this statement Celine coat was perfect for keeping me warm. The cocoon shape gives this blush tone an edge as well as the low pockets and the belted detail on the back (similar from Raye or Topshop).
The knit Stella McCartney dress was one of my favourites from the SS15 collection and sold out on Net-A-Porter within a few hours so I was pretty lucky to get my hands on one, although Im sure it will be in stores soon. I love the split details of the hem and cut outs at the waistline, for a nude knit its pretty sexy and can be worn with bare legs and chunky-heel sandals, but as the winds were pretty strong by the river I opted for a pair of dark navy jeans.
I wanted to include a print to the look and the leopard shoes were the best way to do that without it being too overwhelming. I also wanted to add some texture with this fluffy scarf from Max Mara, but I think next time I will go for something brighter like this Shrimps one.
Cant believe London Fashion Week is nearly over, what has been your highlight so far? For me its been the spiky foam runway at Mary Katrantzou, amazing colours at Roksanda, conveyor belt at House of Holland and fringing at Burberry.
