Make the most of staying in
After a testing year that we all had, I feel most of us want to make Christmas extra special.
Before we always focused on the food (and this is not going to change) but I never paid attention to the table décor. We usually go for a festive runner and a small centrepiece, but now I want to make a little more effort.
From ornamental plates to decadent glassware, small touches can go a long way. I have a personal love for statement candles and holders.
Many don’t want to spend too much time or money on choosing the Christmas crackers as the majority of them end up in the bin, so this year I want to get crackers that I’d keep the gift inside as well as the packaging (great to re-use in future arts and crafts projects with Lola).
This year we went for a faux tree and reef so I would love to have a fresh flower arrangement for the table from either Selfridges or Ronny Colbie.
Below, I have put together a small edit of statement pieces to add to your table that will create a unique set up of merry celebrations.
