Hey everyone! Have you been following the NYFW coverage? Did you guys see my live stream of the Tommy Hilfiger show? There is so much to love, another amazing collection and how gorgeous was the set! Also obsessing over Prabal Gurung, Thakoon NY and Victoria Beckham. All this fashion week coverage has made me even more excited for LFW, just need to figure out what to wear!

I find that you can go one of two ways, bold and outrageous or simple but chic. You can probably achieve a good balance of both but what I have noticed on the streets of New York is something simple like a white shirt paired with a bold midi skirt or worn under a statement jackets or simply with jeans that brings me nicely onto todays look. I’ve previously dedicated a trend post to button down shirts and if you have to go for one style make it a crisp white number.

Classic and timeless, a white shirt is a buddy to denim and an office friend to your skirts and shorts. I also love them worn under dresses or tucked into tailored trousers. What I really like about this COS shirt is that it has no buttons and cut out shoulders giving it a modern twist (other options at Jacquemus and ASOS). I decided to keep it simple by adding a pair of flared cropped jeans (alternatives from Monki), my oldie courts from Prada (but I’m also loving these Valentino’s) and my summer babe Chloe Drew bag with added key ring initials which they only introduced a few weeks ago.

Let me know what you think in the comment box below and hope you all have a good rest of the week! I look forward to seeing some of you at LFW xxx
